The Department of Mechanical Engineering conducted AICTE sponsored Short Term Training Programme (STTP) on “Natural Fiber Composites-Recent Technology for Sustainability and Eco-Friendly Environment” from 24.06.2019 to 29.06.2019. The inaugural function was held on 24.06.2019.
Dr.S.Rajendra Boobathy , Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, C.E.G campus, Anna University, Chennai-600 0025 was the chief guest and delivered the inaugural address.Resource persons from premier institutions delivered lectures on natural fiber composite materials and the programme was attended by participants from various colleges from TamilNadu and other states.
